| League Office :: NORA Privacy Policy | User Privacy:The National Online Racing Association collects personal information about its drivers only during registration.The National Online Racing Association uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure (off-site data storage) and to disclose such information only to third parties we believe to be responsible. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties which receive the information. The National Online Racing Association collects personally identifying information, such as full name, address, e-mail from registered drivers in the league. We will not provide that personal information to any third party for any purpose. In accordance with United States regulations we must provide, if asked, all information pertaining to users of this website to the Federal Bureau of Investigation or any other law enforcement agency.
Donation Privacy:The National Online Racing Association offers the ability to make donations to the league through the use of the online PayPal system. Paypal is a secured connection for sending credit card or debit card payments via the internet to NORA. All donations made to the National Online Racing Association will be kept private between the league and said donor, unless otherwise notified by the donor.To view more on the PayPal secure transfer system, please visit the PayPal website.
Children's Privacy:The National Online Racing Association is a general audience web site that complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Under COPPA, no web site operator is permitted to require a child under the age of 13 to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.NORA collects personally identifiable information during registration. Therefore we can not allow any individual under the age of 13 to hold a membership with the National Online Racing Association. |
